First method:

You can easily check which mobile number is linked with your Aadhaar from the UIDAI portal in the following ways:

You need to visit the official portal of myaadhaar.
Click on ‘Check Aadhaar Validity‘ from the services section under the home page.

On this page you have to enter the 12 digit Aadhaar number and fill the captcha and click on ‘Proceed’.

Only then some Aadhaar verification details such as age, gender, state and mobile number will be displayed. No login is required for this verification so the mobile number will be masked for security reasons, but the Aadhaar holder will surely recognize his mobile number from the last three digits.
Another advantage of checking Aadhaar in this way is that in this case you can know the status of Aadhaar validity and if Aadhaar needs to be updated, it is also notified through a message, as you can see in the example below, where identity proof and address proof are asked to be updated.

Now let’s see how you can update the mobile number associated with Aadhaar card.

Currently you have to visit an Aadhaar center to update any information linked to Aadhaar, but to avoid waiting in long queues, UIDAI’s portal offers online appointment booking facility. You need to visit the Aadhaar center at that specified time after booking the appointment and the update will be done within a short period of time.

You can update Aadhaar card mobile number in the following ways:

Click on ‘Book an Appointment‘ from the services section under the home page.

On the next page you have to select the location from ‘Book an Appointment at UIDAI run Aadhaar Seva Kendra’. But if you select from ‘Select City/Location’ it will show Aadhaar Centers managed by UIDAI in major cities. If you want to book an appointment at registrar run Aadhaar Seva Kendra from your nearest Aadhaar register center, then click on the below button ‘Proceed to Book Appointment’.

After that you have to login through OTP verification by filling mobile number and captcha.
After login click on ‘Update Adhaar’.

On the next page you have to tick all the Aadhaar card you want to update and click on ‘Proceed’.
You can edit the ones you tick on the next page. You have to enter the new mobile number and click on ‘Save & Proceed’.
After submitting the form, your application will be generated and you will get an appointment ID.

Now you have to click on ‘Book Appointment’ and first select the Aadhaar center. You can search for Aadhaar center using ‘Search By Center Name’ or search for Aadhaar register center in your nearest location using ‘Search By Pincode’.
You will then be presented with a calendar showing the already booked days in red and the rest in green. You need to ‘Submit’ the form by selecting a convenient day and time available below from the green colored dates. Once your appointment is booked, it will be downloaded in PDF format, which you can print and take with you.
